What are the best aspects of this product?

We sync our database to OpenWater, and it works great. When they log in to OpenWater, our members can use the same username and password for their account on our official site. Also, their accounts in OpenWater already carry their details straight from our database. Meaning, they do not need to manually fill a profile.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Providing a lot of options for opening the judging dashboard and the emails is quite confusing because of the number of access points that we need to take note of. The best solution would be an emphasized feature on the admin dashboard that syncs different information and details from the platform. Moreover, I hope that the “paid” status would automatically reflect on our database.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The best thing about OpenWater is that it syncs with our database seamlessly. This makes it possible to automatically fill some fields on a renewal form, which is very convenient for our members when they go through the process. It also makes it possible to enter new data from the fields into our main database. In addition, all data are secured, which is surely assuring for our members.
