What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m learning much about its features as I try to understand each of them. I’m still new with this, but I see that its features are amazing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Improvements with its submission management tool would be great. For now, I want to filter submissions especially when a judging phase is about to finish. Something that lets me select submissions with an only small number of reviews to reach the judges on such instance would be handy. As a workaround, I manually remove all submissions on the line for the judges; and this is certainly a tedious task.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The tool lets me come up with protocols for huge groups of assignments. This lets me quickly label all classifications without hassles. OpenWater is efficient for generating reports as well.
