What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of use is the biggest benefit that OpenWater has to offer. After learning its functions, it is easy to create and edit different stuff to make it fit our program. We’ve got nothing but unquestionably superb support service too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our Company mandates the use of specific templates to fit the branding. This is something that I cannot do on my own, thus I often work with developers for the job.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

OpenWater has helped us in making preparation and building events super easy, thus our event management team has no difficulties handling them. The tool allows us to manage a bunch of award programs annually, and we even plan to add more to the list. Moreover, we observe that more and more people submit their work to our programs. This reflects that more people are happy with what we provide.
