What are the best aspects of this product?

Suitable for transforming our tedious manual processes into intuitive and virtual methods. This is drastically pulling down the working hours that our personnel consume for certain tasks. OpenWater has a trusty team of helpdesk service too. They help us in big and efficient ways.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The learning phase for OpenWater is difficult. That is a common problem when learning to use a new platform, after all. Regardless, the helpdesk service helps us throughout the entire phase.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

OpenWater helps us save a lot of working hours throughout our operations. Moreover, I expect OpenWater to help us in many other big ways; once we’ve finally completed the setting up phases for our abstract processes.
