Amazing product and perfect solution to scale up the optimization program

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of things that I love about Optimizely, such as: easy to use and user-friendly platform, it can be used even by non-developers, I can easily manage my experiments and to turn them on/off, the dashboard is extremely intuitive. Great options for user targeting, traffic allocation, etc. It provides reliable analytics tools, I am able to double my testing velocity, I’m even using it for creating promotion campaigns. It has amazing team, they are very helpful and responsive, and they quickly fix the bugs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software and the dashboards can be slow and take some time to load. To be honest, I don’t use this product for big tests, we use our own internal tool for complex tests.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to increase testing velocity, we are able to short time from idea to launching the test, and we have better flexibility when it comes to managing experiments.
