Great solution for Conversion rate optimization

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have been using Optimizely for years for different sites, and I can say that provides easy integrations. Also, it is very easy to set up even for beginners and even more advanced users are able to set up some complex experiments and tasks. The dashboard allows monitoring performances. Its support team is always helpful and responsive to every question you might have.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its experiments can cause bugs on a page or site but the thing that I don’t like is that the debugging tools are only available for paid users/enterprise only.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The conversion rate optimization is something that we do for our business. Tests can create more than $200k in revenue by simple change. The tool is useful for personalization and disproving theories for changing operation.
