Optimizely has great platform for testing

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have advancing various elements on our sites by design and individual department preference. We use Optimizely to access data and create decisions so we can change designs based on analyses. It is very flexible for constructing new products and to deploy them without putting weight on our developers. It offers fast development with CSS components, transparent results that we can share with other departments. I have to say that the user interface is very intuitive and offers free online documentation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have some problems with Advanced code on JavaScript frameworks. Also, the customer service via phone is not transparent. The other thing that I don’t like is that the experiments can take more time to load and previewing is not accurate because of the slow caching issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I always recommend Optimizely for building tests without putting too much weight on developers. It offers useful e-commerce platform, A/B testing, multipage testing and multivariate testing. The platform is accessible for everyone who want to build custom code.
