What are the best aspects of this product?

Optimizely offers easy editor and platform performance, helpful account managers, and high-quality quadrant software. It provides great support team and they are always focused on suiting their clients’ needs. The speed of the platform is their priority and we haven’t seen problems in website loading performances. I can say that the product is best in the market.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Something that I don’t like about Optimizely is that I need to install one browser extension so I can get better performance with the editor. Also, in my opinion they need to update the design of the platform and its visual editor such as dashboards and reports. And I don’t like the fact that we need to use developer editor for each case, we use Microsoft sharepoint APP and javascript objects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Optimizely helps us to get new leads in landing pages and to perform more calls and sales, we are able to engage our customers and provide professional customer service. We are able to create campaigns so we can get more business performance and to improve the hit ration on call selling. It helps us in testing some position objects in the pages and impact in clients.
