Powerful testing tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

The team at Optimizely has made huge efforts so they could make its interface as intuitive as possible. It has easy to follow and clean layout, and options that are linked with Account, Project, Experiment and Variation levels, all these make easy to pick up and master. I like how Optimizely makes testing simple and easy, it doesn’t matter how big the client is, I can use the test to do all the work.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some require programming work that is not for beginners. It can take some time to figure out what needs to be done even though Optimizely has documentations and links to its Optiverse. They could implement some kind of guide or steps e.g. How to add revenue tracking: Step1-do this, Step2; Step3… etc.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows me to add and remove client messaging that has impact on all revenue and macro goals, thus, I am able to improve the conversion rates. I am able to help my clients and my visitors can easily find the information they are looking for.
