Powerful tool and great customer support

What are the best aspects of this product?

Optimizely is simple yet powerful software, you are able to use simple tests or you can ask for more advanced tests or you are able to write your custom code. This platform offers lot of integrations, but what I like best is the community. Whenever I have some issues or question I get support, answers, steps how to use some features, I am able to learn and teach myself so I can be an expert in using this solution. The other good thing is that they always work on their product improvement and they really offer powerful combination of QA, Support and Strategists.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have anything to dislike about Optimizely. I just want to see some new features like an option to template default test, and I believe they will make it happen.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This product helps us in e-commerce optimization and with everything that is related to web-funnel.
