What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to use, even for a beginner. Abundance of optimized templates available and/or fully customizable. Real-time editing, and can see and edit PC view, tablet view and mobile view independently. Well thought out and intuitive. Lots of support and training. Value for money - one payment covers it all.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A colleague recommended OptimizePress, but they were talking about OP2 and the related plugins, not OP3. OP3 is just gorgeous and a pleasure to use, however it is still being rolled out, and some features are not yet released. I like where the company is headed, however want those un-released features now. They recommend plugins for use in the meantime.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Like many others, I am eagerly awaiting the Membership site plug-in in the suite. It is in the pipeline, and they gave us a list of recommended plugins that will integrate well in the meantime.

Real-time editing, the templates already optimized for marketing, integrations.
