What is OptimizePress?
OptimizePress is a user-friendly web tool for individuals and businesses that allows them to build high-converting landing pages, secure membership portals, sales pages, launch funnels, blog sites and more. It enables businesses to create virtually any kind of page in WordPress, including sales and marketing pages, training and courses, webinar registration and mobile-optimized versions of all pages.
The live editor offers powerful tools to start building pages in real-time, while more than 30 customizable templates can be edited to meet individual requirements. In addition to the built-in templates, the platform also provides more than 40 custom elements such as buttons, arrows, feature boxes, multimedia, testimonials and more. Users don’t have to do any extra work or coding to make their pages look great across different platforms. The LiveEditor allows users to view pages and changes in real-time without even refreshing or reloading the pages. OP is fully integrated with WordPress and comes in WP Theme and Plugin format. The plug-in version can be used along with any other theme, which allows users to keep their main blog design.
Creating secure and beautiful membership portals is OP’s key strength and users can create content delivery portals and membership pages without any extra plugins. Membership portals allow businesses to elevate the value of their content and securely deliver content using their own membership account. Built-in membership elements make it easier to create fully customized membership portals, while users can also create their own designs and portals that reflect brand identity. Integrating a shopping cart into portals is a matter of a few clicks and the platform supports some of the most popular platforms.
Unlike most other subscription-based platforms, OptimizePress has no monthly fees associated with its services (except for Club membership) and users have to buy an old-style perpetual license (WP theme and plugins). PROS: It is highly customizable. The OptimizeBuilder makes it easy to use and a great editing feature.
CONS: There's no custom form in OP3. This makes it hard because we needed this feature.

PROS: Easy to use, even for a beginner. Abundance of optimized templates available and/or fully customizable. Real-time editing, and can see and edit PC view, tablet view and mobile view independently. Well thought out and intuitive. Lots of support and training. Value for money - one payment covers it all.
CONS: A colleague recommended OptimizePress, but they were talking about OP2 and the related plugins, not OP3. OP3 is just gorgeous and a pleasure to use, however it is still being rolled out, and some features are not yet released. I like where the company is headed, however want those un-released features now. They recommend plugins for use in the meantime.
