Everybody loves using HCM. It gives us an edge among others.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Very short learning curve while transitioning to this platform. No need to conduct specialized training to introduce its features because employees learned to navigate in less than a week. Using a friendly app like HCM is something that we are all thankful for.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the past six months of using HCM, I haven't disliked anything in particular. Maybe because it is so easy to work with, that's why.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I find HCM very beneficial to the business. Hiring takes 24 hours to finish everything, training and onboarding time is cut down into half. So basically, we are saving our resources while using the app at the same time.

No
