What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the reasons why I chose to use HCM is because it is not selective. Meaning it allows itself to integrate with other programs to help support each organization on a higher level. One example is incorporating performance management and employee compensation into one system. I've seen how they did this, and I'm impressed with the outcome. These are just some of the things that HCM can do to encourage employees to be proactive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing. I have been using HCM for a while, and I love what it's doing for the organization.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We started to introduce performance reviews that are being done quarterly, semi-annually, and yearly. We gathered feedback about this, and we felt overwhelmed with the number of positive responses from employees across all departments. They feel valued and more motivated to strive for excellence.
