What are the best aspects of this product?

The team has been using other HR based solutions software from previous years, but none of them were able to match the performance of Cloud HCM. User experience is superb, the interface is very user friendly, plus the system itself works fast and efficient. Something that we can regularly rely upon.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We're having some issues in terms of integrating 3rd party apps. This is something that we have already addressed several times, hoping that things can get better in the upcoming months. Another issue would be creating and uploading of custom reports. The process is somehow challenging and inconsistent.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allowed us to upgrade several of our existing processes so we can keep up with other companies. Using this platform helped us in terms of stepping up our game plan and bringing in more stability to the entire organization.
