I realized that I’m not that up to date with all the technological advances that surround me. With HCM I’m definitely learning a lot.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Running my HR team doesn't have to be a struggle like what I've experienced before. Now I am happy that I can improve our current practices by creating and implementing better guidelines for the benefit of the majority. Applicants are given enough attention by making sure that they undergo the right screening process to ensure that we are only hiring the best.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I want to create my reports using my pre-made templates. I want to integrate this with HCM, but I am struggling to figure out how it can be done. There are certain things that I cannot find within the system, which means that I need more time to practice. Currently, I am trying to find a point person who I can work with regarding some things that I would like to address.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We aim to be competitive by enhancing our employees' productivity and realigning our compensation packages to attract more qualified workers. All of these goals were made possible through the help of HCM Oracle Software. It took us only a few days to implement everything, and I can say that employees' morale has increased significantly.
