What are the best aspects of this product?

We consider HCM Oracle as a multi-purpose tool that helps run our department smoothly. Updates are rolled out on time, and tasks are distributed fairly to employees. Plus, its user interface is quite impressive and responsive. HCM Oracle is something that I'm looking forward to using for as long as I'm with the company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are trying to come up with ways to allow employees to save money for their commuting expenses through reimbursement, tax cuts, or whatever works best for the majority. I was able to make the necessary adjustments, but it has to undergo a tedious process. I think that they have to give admin users an upper hand when it comes to making changes to employee benefits.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were using a competitor software before shifting to HCM Oracle. The hiring and onboarding process are now streamlined. It also allows us to process payroll on time and keep our labor costs within the allotted budget. HCM is a big help to the company; it saves us time and helps us make the right choices, which matters most.
