What are the best aspects of this product?

You can do so many things using the HCM platform that takes good care of your company and employees' needs. So easy to use, and it also delivers a lot of positive results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are instances when the software would update its version every few months. Whenever they do it, the entire interface also changes, which means that I have to familiarize myself with it, and it takes some time to do it. Plus, I have to create new user instructions and disseminate this to our employees, which is so time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication is now made easier since most employees have access to this tool. You can pull out reports, compare demographics, and create your action plans in just one sitting. Using HCM makes things easier in the workplace.
