What are the best aspects of this product?

The transition from one app to HCM is smooth and easy. Processes are mapped into the platform, which is something that we appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We appreciate the functionality of the entire product because it makes our job less complicated. The biggest downside is when things start slowing down. It usually takes us less than 8 hours to run the payroll for hundreds of employees. When there's latency, this particular task can take up to three days.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There's no need to invest and install countless software to solve all our problems. HCM can handle our business needs, so we don't need any more platforms in the future.
