What are the best aspects of this product?

What persuaded me to invest in this product is its amazing features that don't exist in other tools. Also, it is an Oracle Cloud-based interface, which means that it promotes seamless integration with apps coming from the same developer. I've realized that it's an excellent investment that's also worth the money.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some things are not addressed right on time. We call for support, and we are asked to wait for a few days or even weeks so they can find ways to troubleshoot the issue. Though this doesn't happen all the time, it still affects our output.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In terms of speed, HCM is doing well in this aspect. Regular updates are always on point, which is something that I appreciate so much. Also, it is easy to teach new employees how to use the system because of its comprehensive UI.
