It's a very powerful and versatile because it allows users to do different tasks and consolidate business processes in just one single platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The features are a little bit confusing. There's a lot of things I have to learn before I can incorporate a particular process for the entire department. I admit that I still have to learn a lot of stuff so I can maximize the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It keeps everything in our department well organized. We no longer have to do manual filing of our employees' files because everything is being stored within the platform. Payroll is easier to manage, plus it gives employees access to their available leave credits as well as other types of compensation.
