What are the best aspects of this product?
I used to be a long time EBS user, and my team and I always struggled with system issues that got in the way. I can say that we are not satisfied, so we shifted to Cloud HCM. There is a big difference in terms of performance and features. The developers did an excellent job of providing us with realtime updates allowing us to explore and maximize the functionality of the app to the benefit of all our employees.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We are having some delays with process management. Multiple requests are lined up, but no changes or actions have been done as of this writing. We don't mind as long as we are talking about non-urgent matters. Another thing is that support reps need to spend more time researching for real solutions. They don't have any solutions to some problems, thus leaving us with no choice but to do things on our own.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to maximize our current workforce, which is a significant improvement. No need to use multiple platforms to deliver excellent service because HCM has proven that we can be efficient by using this platform alone.
