What are the best aspects of this product?

I consider Cloud HCM as a superior tool in helping us attain our goals. Using one single platform to collect and disseminate information is a very big help to our employees. This way expects everyone to be on the same page which is how things should be. Also, the majority of the people love using the app so this is a good indicator that we made the right choice.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Slow-paced and laid back interface. We want our system to evolve fast and be on par with other brands. There are instances wherein Cloud fails its users in that particular aspect so we are hoping that they can step up their game and start evolving.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All employee records have been fully updated. We added more information on each profile such as current job responsibilities to make sure that everyone is accountable for their tasks mo. People know whom to approach or complain to in case problems arise in the office.
