What are the best aspects of this product?

We are finding ways to improve the security details of our company and protect it from hackers. One of the things that we implemented is shifting into a paperless working environment, which means that everything should be done online. This leaves digital footprints for the benefit of everyone. HCM has helped us achieve this goal as soon as possible, and now everyone has peace of mind.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reporting is quite challenging to understand. Although the data is accurate and timely, it is being presented in a way that only specific individuals can understand, like top-level management. I'm hoping that they can find a way to break it down to the simplest level possible. I want everyone, including those rank and file, to understand our metrics so we can push for better performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are highly confident that all of our information won't leak because we have a robust platform. We can provide everyone a clear set of reports, consistent evaluations, and make sure that employees are well compensated for their hard work. Also, the system promotes transparency; that's one of the reasons why our employees remain loyal to the company.
