What are the best aspects of this product?
Solving our very own internal and external issues is now made easy. We are using the internal ticketing system, and we are satisfied. The employees seem to be confident with the software because they gave a good rating and feedback during the past months.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's supposed to improve or implement compliance in the workplace. So far, we have implemented processes that would require everyone's compliance. But I'm willing to give feedback as soon there is.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can easily find ways to solve big or small issues. Big thanks to our HCM built-in ticketing platform because it helped improve our workflow and management.
