What are the best aspects of this product?

No competitor will come close to OPERA's high functionality. It manages the processes of our hotel really well. It integrates well with other systems and takes care of other time-consuming tasks such as reports and bookings for you. It is also customizable according to your hotel's needs and contains a very detailed module which includes guest profile, reservations, and many more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are delays when it comes to customer service. This can be a hassle especially if you need the problem resolved as soon as possible. It also has a slow boot time, but this can probably be resolved by your internet speed connection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It reduced error and makes our process more efficient. It truly is a great help to our hotel.
