It helped us serve guests in a timely manner. Compared to other systems, it is also very detailed when it comes to the features it offers. From the 5 years, we've used it, it has only improved considerably to make our experience as users better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As much as the platform improved, bugs and glitches can still be found in the system. There are times when updating the system causes problems to other features that worked perfectly well before.

It helped us fulfill hotel reservations without much problem. And because it is very detailed, the system takes care of pretty much every process for you.
