Processing audits became easier. It only takes three clicks to process everything. It is a huge step up from other systems.

Its interface is not very modern. The tabs also overlap with each other, making it a bit cluttered.

Errors can be resolved easily. Billing issues are not a problem anymore. There are long periods of time where we won't even encounter problems.
