What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool empowers you to use customer information to build reliable marketing campaigns. Even if you have robust data or complex campaigns to create, it helps you to manage all that effectively. Whether it is SMS or email marketing, it helps you target your customers through automation and segmentation to bring the desired results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It requires maintenance of its windows every month which hinders sending of messages at the time of maintenance. This form of maintenance can interrupt with your marketing campaigns and thus a limitation on your part.

Responsys has made marketing simple through automation of programs and segmentation of the campaigns to suit your marketing needs. You can manage and run SMS, direct mail, and email marketing strategies from a single location. It allows you to pull in data, with minimal dependence on Google analytics, from many sources.
