What are the best aspects of this product?

It manages all our contacts in a single platform and allows us to find it easily. It also integrates well with the Five9 telephony service, providing our CSRs with a single portal for all customer interactions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes up a lot of memory, making it a bit slow.

It has a smart assistant where we can multi-channel service including chat and email.
