It has a lot of great features including Knowledge management, Contact Center, Guided Assistance, Policy automation, Case management, and customer portal framework. The upgrades also take less than five minutes to get the latest update.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The admin console is slow and there are problems with it. It also doesn't notify you when there's an upgrade.

It allowed us to leverage reference implementation and contains a huge KB article repository.
