What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very easy to use for our agents. It's also very intuitive, allowing us to customize the functions according to our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting can be limited, giving us trouble in running canned reports. The dashboard timeouts also need some improvement.

We can manage all our incidents in a single platform. All our agents also answer calls using this.
