Easily one of the best programs I’ve used.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Regardless of what the others are saying, I found Oracle's interface to be quite simple and easy to learn. Out of all the similar programs that I've used, this is hands-down one of the most efficient tools I've used. I haven't had any problems onboarding new employees on the program and getting them up to speed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their customer service takes too long. I've called a dozen times with some issue or another, and they've always worked at a painfully slow pace. I usually have to pencil in an hour or more whenever I need to speak with their agents.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Oracle Spatial has helped us solve one too many logistical problems in our company. All we have to do is simply input locations and map out our routes so our partners can get to our clients on time.
