What are the best aspects of this product?

The capabilities are incredible, the ability to add custom fields against products, orders, and customers is fantastic, and their customer service is second to none.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've found the integration with Xero to be a little clunky.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We'd love to see improved abilities for custom reports, such as the ability to include custom fields in reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our inventory tracking, order management and reporting capabilities have all been hugely improved by Orderhive.
