A wonderful solution for small enterprises that can still be enhanced further

What are the best aspects of this product?

Orderhive's user-friendly and user-configurable interface is a boon to everyone on our team who has access to it. Because everyone can benefit from its intuitive design, we are able to transform our entire order review workflow. Our business also finds it advantageous that the platform can integrate rapidly with WooCommerce and Shipstation to make related processes more streamlined.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When we were integrating WooCommerce with Orderhive, our development team had a lot of difficulties completing the task. They had to modify the API before they were able to finish the connection and produce the necessary results for us such as alerting customers via email that their orders have been shipped. However, it is highly possible that the problem lies with WooCommerce rather than with Orderhive. Apart from the integration problem, our company also notes that the inventory system is lacking in tools that can help us organize it better. Orderhive has promised to roll out enhancements though so we are definitely looking forward to those.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Orderhive is a huge help with our inventory management and shipment monitoring procedures. We really appreciate the tools it offers because they allow us to establish a smoother inventory management routine. But there is still the issue of inventory organization though we are hopeful that this is resolved soon.
