Admirable inventory mechanism

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am running a large computer hardware business, and I consider Orderhive to be my indispensible assistant. I am using it for 7 months so far, and my experience has been nothing but perfect. Orderhive is in fact a multi-channel software, advanced order and inventory mechanism, flawlessly integrated with shopping carts and marketplaces. Its features are well-executed, while customer support is 100% reliable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As I said, the program is perfect, and I have nothing to contibute with in this section. I would only add that Orderhive has the most intuitive and friendly UI I've ever used.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I didn't know how to deal with multi-channel orders, and the managerial capacity of this tool solved my problem. Overall, my business is much more effective since I started using Orderhive.
