All features and aspects of this software are superb especially the customer service associates - Setu, Sanyogita, and Shikha help me a lot with getting more knowledge about the software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

None so far.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to have a feature wherein Amazon recommended quantity for replenishment is linked to this software that can help us do the replenishment in advance to avoid our stocks getting out of stock and loss of sales.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It solves a lot like the inventory, the product listings, monitoring stock level, updating product details, etc.
