What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how my clients can get in touch with me easily. I am amazed how this software shows incoming tickets, so I can respond to support tickets quickly. This software grants sample HTML email templates and huge customization tools. And you don’t have to worry about installation, because it’s easy and quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, they need to work on the plugins of some features. This is not a big problem, because I know how to code the plugins in the features to customize the system the way I want.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am in Game Development business, and this means that communication with my customers is really important. Whenever a customer purchase a game, they need to know that I am 24/7 available for any question or help. Thanks to OsTicket my customers can get in touch with me quickly and effortlessly by sending me email via online web form. The OsTicket sorts all incoming tickets the way I want, in chronological order, ticket status such as: open, closed or on-hold, and ticket priority.
