What are the best aspects of this product?

My ultimate gain from Outreach is being able to reach my targeted audience effectively and with the proper message. I also adore Outreach's very appealing template designs and robust sequencing which I can easily share to the entire team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I consistently have disappointing encounters with Outreach's customer support representatives. It would take an average of two days before you can get an actionable response. Not to mention that within that period there's a rather lengthy, unnecessary, and redundant series of interrogation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ready to use templates allow me to craft emails in a few minutes. Outreach's sequencing is also commendable. Its feature which allows you to estimate how big of your contacts actually opened the email can be an additional source of strategy analytics.
