What are the best aspects of this product?

Outreach is unique with its comprehensive sequencing features that enable us to strategize differently on customers according to their levels of interest. Sharing these sequences are doable with a few clicks, and on top of this th platform can be integrated with Salesforce. In all, business is proving to be much better with Outreach.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We hope its customer support team would treat our complaints with more urgency as it can take a few days for our problems to be addressed.

With Outreach, we established a centralized tool that facilitates all management activities — from developing email marketing campaigns to tracking and analyzing their results.
