What are the best aspects of this product?

Outreach automates much of the management and administrative work that I can now double down efforts on negotiating with prospective clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While I am pleased that it merges with Salesforce, the process can be disrupted with some issues that I often have to do the integration twice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Outreach helps me deploy emails in bulk. A rare feature that I love about it is its complete sequencing feature which helps us identify sale touchpoints which we can optimize.
