What are the best aspects of this product?
Outreach offers great set of tools that makes your e-mail to look pretty and professionally, it has great integration with call and e-mail solutions and it makes the tool more than simple overview of the emails and open/reply rates. There are options for semi-manual and automatic sending emails, options for managing the user responsibilities, great and clear reporting and clear overview of the reps task list. The customer service is wonderful, they constantly release new features. The tool provides great chrome extensions that plugs into Salesforce and Gmail. The interface is clear and intuitive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no social media support, I cannot send anything from Outreach. Also, there is no way to categorize the conversations so you can make them easily reviewed. In addition, there is no way to move the ownership of a template to admins. The other thing I don’t like about the product is the fact that when you install the Chrome extension then it logs all the emails in Outreach including the personal ones. This makes a reall mess with reporting and problems with privacy concerns.

We can better understand what’s going on and what’s working and what not. We get better reporting and improved productivity.
