PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Outreach I can do the work 10times more than I normally could. I can drop sales leads into the sequences and to send emails automatically. I like the integration with the Salesforce and the ability to keep track of the previous contact info with my leads within the SF. I can manage and create tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve the speed of Outreach, it can be slow sometimes especially when we use dialer. Also, there are some minor issues with mailbox sync.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to get and stay in touch with leads and to make sure to interact with them every few days. We are able to do the work for 4 people by automatically sending emails. We can keep the history so we can see the contacts we interact most with.
