What are the best aspects of this product?
Outreach provides seamless integration with Salesforce, it reduces the time for our SDRs administration. We are able to tailor sequences with both automatic and manual email steps. There are great features so you can use them to manage your team and for individual performances. The customer support service is nice and responsive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This tool has many options and this may block the workflow or to produce some unexpected results like editing the delivery schedule to other time-zone. Also, it can impact the messaging from colleagues when working with liked templates. It would be great if the admin can block some options for the users so they cannot use them by mistake.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The integration with Salesforce is very useful and it helps us to automate status changes and other updates, and to reduce the admins time significantly. Our sales team is more focused on providing meaningful interactions with our prospects because the tool makes the workflow smooth. As a manager I’m able to keep track of the improvements in the reporting tab and to see which areas need to be improved.
