PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Because Outreach doesn't fail me in implementing campaigns smoothly, I can develop a thorough campaign trail and see no effort put to waste. A particular feature I love about Outreach but did not find in others is its ability to know who among your prospects opened your promotional emails.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't understand why I have to input contacts regularly in between sequencing. But I'm beginning to suspect the problem is on me. Nevertheless, I hope the process will be made easier.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I minor error I often experience with Outreach is when it comes to sending in bulk. There are a few that don't get processed so I have to do them individually. But the sending part is still easy that I don't take this as a deal breaker.
