What are the best aspects of this product?
I got to use Outreach only through a free trial but since then, I've been considering introducing it to my organization. It syncs smoothly with our database and other platforms we use such as Salesforce which can enhance Outreach's functions. Data management is also very organized and searching through the database is made very easy. It also serves as a communication channel which could improve coordination within the team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
During the one month trial, I didn't encounter anything to turn me off. I'm strongly considering the platform for work.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Outreach is an excellent barometer for success; it gives weekly reports on the rate for retention and response of customers and can tell how many opened the email. We feel we will be able to always be in the know of the happenings in and out of our company.
