What are the best aspects of this product?
Outreach is an ultimate secretary that micromanages everything I have to work on. It goes so far as to notify me when I should be starting work on a task. Outreach also provides weekly reports for me to assess how many of the people I have sent emails to actually replied and sustained talks. Its overall work on communication is organized. For instance, it replies to customers in a single thread instead of starting a new one. This prevents us from contributing to making a customer's inbox messy. Outreach also has coaching analytics which is overall a great way to improve your work,
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would have been great if Outreach provided an optional intensive training guide for newbies to using such sales solutions.
