What are the best aspects of this product?
Outreach is one of the best tool out there, before using this tool I have tried other solutions but none of them were as good as Outreach. Its CRM, campaigns, replay detection and template handling are the number one in the market today. I especially love the reply detection feature, for e.g. if I send an email to peter@domain.com and mary@domain.com responds to my email I get notification that someone else has responded for peter and he doesn’t receive emails any more in the campaign.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t have some dislikes about this software, it would be great if they could create shareable templates across the user base. In my opinion, the system lacks customer service, there are wonderful people working but I’m often misunderstood whenever I ask some questions maybe this is because of the software but it can be really frustrating when I have to ask same question in a 3 different ways.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I’m using Outreach as my base software for my business development company. This tool helps me to reach the success I always wanted. I like to work via this product, to send out emails, to get the replay detection notifications and it provides me with wonderful settings so I can create my emails more personalized.
