What are the best aspects of this product?
Marketing and cold-emailing is simple with Outreach, the email drip campaign incorporates the call tasks and it is great for maintaining an effective and efficient workflow. The chrome extension allows us to keep track of the prospects from other platforms so we can easily contact and reach them. The Gmail bar is great for sequencing prospects or replying with a template from Gmail. Our team can easily reach the prospects and to keep track of the business and to find the challenges.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The truth is that Outreach has wonderful and great set of features, but they can be buggy and this makes them unusable. When you try to import one .CSV with prospects from various accounts, the wizard offers you an option to map the prospects directly to the accounts into the Outreach but this option has never worked. Also, I don’t like that I cannot reorder the sequence steps when the prospect has been through the sequence.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use this tool to follow up the inbound leads, to perform high-scale out-bounding efforts with Account-based Sales Development and to invite prospects to the events. I like that we are able to maintain the inbound and outbound contacts in different CRMs and to keep track of the histories for prospects that we have contacted them before.
