What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can store and share templates, contacts and sequences. I like that all the data and analytics are well-provided. We use the open rate, bounced, replies and contacts. Also, we can keep track of the opens and engagements with the emails. This is great tool because we can determine the level of interest and know whether we need to continue with the pursuing or to stop.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When you set up the cadences you need to be thorough, also spaces and extra commas may disrupt the email.

This is extremely helpful tool for our company. It helps us to have the cadences running while we set up new ones and to meet the needs for email selling.
